After a booking request: Within 24- 48 hours (usually sooner), you’ll receive a email from yours truly. Then a quote and contract and questionnaire in one email. Everything lives in a portal, so you’re not digging through email threads.
After an enquiry: I’ll respond within 24-48 hours (usually sooner). If it sounds like a good fit, I’ll send you through to the booking form or we can jump on a quick call if that’s easier.
